Class Description
*  Resource study hall is scheduled for students with IEPs.  It is designed to help them meet the challenges of the regular curriculum by meeting their individual study needs.

*  Unlike most study halls, the students do not direct their own activities.  They are directed to work on particular homework assignments, attend study groups to prepare for tests, and work on various academic skills through a computer program.

Classroom Expectations
*  It is expected that all students bring the necessary material to class each day.

*  For study hall, students should bring materials they need to complete homework and study for tests.

Grading 
*  Unlike other study halls, students receive a grade of Pass or Fail for resource study hall. 

*  A class participation grade is used to determine their study hall grade.  Every student begins each nine weeks with 100% for class participation.  They lose participation points for coming to class unprepared or misbehavior.  Class participation counts as one test grade each nine weeks.
